Terms
These are the terms for early access to artist.management, provided by 97 Music Group Ltd (Registered in England and Wales, company number 14685316; registered office Annecy Court, Ferry Works, Summer Road, Thames Ditton, Surrey, KT7 0QJ). Using the platform means you agree to them.
Access
Early access is by invitation. An account is personal: keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. We may close accounts that are abused or used to harm others.
Workspaces
A workspace is made by its owner, who decides who is on it and what each person can see and do. The owner is responsible for what is put in it and for the people they invite. The data in a workspace belongs to the workspace's owner and the people who put it there, not to us.
What it costs
The price is £80 a month, per artist workspace, paid by the workspace's owner. People invited to a workspace do not pay for it. During early access, invited workspaces are not charged; we will tell owners at least 30 days before billing starts for them.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work to keep the platform available, backed up and safe, and we tell you about changes that matter. It is early software and will change. We are not liable for loss arising from your use of it beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude, and in any case no more than what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Ending
You can close your account or a workspace you own at any time by writing to us. We can end early access with notice. Either way, you can ask for a copy of your data first.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions to hello@97musicgroup.com.
